I'm Daria Lazo, a London-based photographer and full-time visual artist. With  ten years of experience, a Master of Arts in Photography, and a background in film, I bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every project. Portraiture is what drives me, connecting with people, understanding them, and creating images that feel honest and personal.

I work intuitively, responding to each person and moment. My style is shaped by a love for film photography, blending classic black-and-white portraiture with rich, analogue-inspired colour. With a background in film, my images often carry a cinematic quality, whether through the way I use light, composition, or the atmosphere of a location. I like to keep my process dynamic and fresh, incorporating movement, unexpected elements, and natural surroundings to create images that feel both considered and spontaneous.

While my main focus is on editorial portraits and headshots, my work also includes luxury lifestyle and product photography. In addition to commissioned work, I offer private personal sessions. Pricing information is available below.
